Andreas Rohland studied law at the University of Potsdam with a focus on economic, tax and environmental criminal law. From the very beginning of his studies he worked as a student assistant and later as a research assistant in a boutique law firm in Berlin.
During his legal clerkship at the Superior Court of Justice in Berlin, Andreas Rohland worked, among others, for the academic service („Wissenschaftlicher Dienst“) of the German Bundestag, the law firm Freyschmidt Frings Pananis Venn and a department of the Berlin Public Prosecutor's Office for white collar crime. In addition to his legal clerkship, Andreas Rohland continued to work as a research assistant for a boutique law firm in Berlin and subsequently for the law firm Freyschmidt Frings Pananis Venn.
Andreas Rohland ist Mitglied der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Strafrecht des Deutschen AnwaltVereins, der Wirtschaftsstrafrechtlichen Vereinigung e.V. (WisteV) und der Vereinigung Berliner Strafverteidiger*innen e. V.
