Urs was admitted to the bar in 2020 and started as a criminal defense attorney at FFPV in early 2022. He advises and defends in all areas of criminal law, with a focus on white-collar crime.
Vita
Urs Jelle Lucke was born and raised in Berlin.
He studied law at the University of Passau in Bavaria with a focus on Criminal Justice, which included in particular white-collar criminal law and an in-depth study of the Code of Criminal Procedure and criminology.
During his studies and later legal clerkship in Lübeck, he gained numerous experiences at renowned criminal law firms and in the penal system.
Until joining FFPV, he worked as a lawyer in a boutique law firm in Berlin, where he primarily handled cases in the area of data protection law.
In addition to his work at FFPV, Mr. Lucke is currently researching and writing his doctoral thesis on a criminal law topic at the Free University of Berlin.
